HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Rude and unprofessional retention rep imp**** that I was not being honest about my reason to cancel. He then proceeded to give unsolicited advice after interrogating me on how convenient it was for me to make the request considering the fact that I had been in contact with iWYZE. I am disgusted by how this company shamelessly wastes people’s time by placing them on hold for no good reason, only to come back and sarcastically insinuate that customers are not being truthful. I’ve said this before and I will say it again, the positive reviews all seem doctored because none of them go into greater detail on what the rep did to make it a pleasant experience for the customer. Lindokuhle was well on her way to securing my business, until an obnoxious colleague ruined it for her. STAY AWAY!
