Horrible customer service
I had this insurance for over six years and never claimed one time that i have to claim that's when i got horrible experience.I claimed for worn tyres and got lot of run arounds for over a month after i have send clear pictures and documents that they wanted. Very rude customer service i was offered and arrogant. I would never recommend this insurance to any human to suffer.

I did not get any call from your claims department except the call from your claims administrator that keeps insulting and screaming at me like she is talking to little child even children can never be spoken to like that they deserve respect. Instead of fixing the problem i just keep getting insulted more very unprofessional.
