Horrible claims process , utterly disappointed
I have submitted a caim and was told I have to wait 3 -5 business days in order to sort all information out and get feedback, well we are way past that and everytime I call they tell me they will call me back and not one claims department employee even a manager has gotten back to me. They blame everyone else and don't take responsibility as they are the people I pay for insurance not anyone else. What should I do to get my car fixed?
