********** service with claims pay out

This is the second time in 6 years that I have been with King Price that they reject a valid claim. Their assessors is unreliable when it come to making and keeping to appointments, no proper documentation to proof who they are or accreditation. Removing personal property with out any documentation of responsibility. And these are the people that get to decide whether a claim is valid or not. And King Price fully rely on their opinion.

Utterly disappointed in the service from them when it comes to claims payout.
