********** Service Claim Accident

The service that I have received up untill now has been horrible.

I waited a week for my vehicle to be towed. The accident was the 24th of November 2017. And the vehicle only got towed the 29th after numerous promises and apologies.

At the scene of the accident KING PRICE advised me that I have an excess of R15 000 I almost had a heart attack because I would not knowingly agree to that. Now this morning after 2 weeks of numerous calls / complaints and emails I get told that apparently because I did not get back to them to accept the quote verbally. I have to agree to that excess or they will not go ahead with fixing my car. They dont have a recording of me accepting that. What they have is an recording of them quoting me. Now i have been with king price on my dads policy so it was not strange to me when they decided to debit me because they have been doing so for +- 10-12 months prior to this anyway.

I had to beg and walk to where I wanted to be because I only got a rental on the 29th days after the accident. In the quote seeing that they love bringing up that conversation so much they said that should I go ahead with the quote and something had to happen and I needed a rental I will have that rental for 30 days. When the rental was delivered they said I had 25 days and that the vehicle needs to be returned on CHRISTMAS day????? So this means that due to the negligence of king price my own vehicle will most probably only be fixed and ready in the new year leaving me stranded in the freestate from the 25th of December with no way of returning to my home in Limpopo Louis Trichardt. Also I have an VERY important medical procedure that needs to be done in Pretoria in that first week of January before I can return home.

King price had sufficient time to collect the vehicle and get a assesment also to sort out my query - but - due to negligence 2 weeks has been wasted.
