Horrendius customer service

<p>I had an accident on Wednesday morning. When engaging with King Price they informed me I can only lodge the claim once I have received the case number. Still upon doing so, it was a mission to even get in contact with them. No one from their company bothered to call me to follow up. In addition to this, I pay every single month for car hire to ensure I will not be stuck without transport in the event of an accident. Still 3 days later I have no courtesy car and no one has bothered to contact me. When I contacted them this morning, I was told they are closed and I must just go to Avis and get my own car hire myself. Why do I pay for car hire on my insurance to be told I must arrange my own car hire? I then called Eurocar, and they told me that King Price has not even contacted them about my car hire. King Price outright **** and said that they had. I am furious at their pathetic customer service. This is the worst service I have ever received in my life. Ontop of all of this, they also sent my car to the wrong repair centre. This centre is not BMW approved and therefore any repairs done will fall outside of my motor plan. I told them this and informed them that I want my car removed from this centre immediately. They refused to do so and told me just to leave the car there for assessment, I am not comfortable with this, however, King Price seems to care little for my concerns. I have reached the end of my tether now and I want something done to rectify this situation. </p>
