HIJACKING CLAIM

My 19 yr old was hijacked @ gunpoint on 15 dec. I called kp on 22 . I was told that the case is with assessor +it will be escalated and that i will be contacted next day, 23rd . I called on 24th +was told that it is still with assessor. My premium (full I might add) is being taken off in the meantime. I called in again on the 28th and was told the same story. I called another 3 times and attempted emails - after my 4th email I was called on the 8th to advise that kp is still waiting for the assessor, that it was holidays, places were closed but that i will receive feedback by the end of that afternoon. Obviously this never happened. I called in on the 12th of January (almost a month after incident).....I CALLED THEM. to be told by Bernice Bosch that my son's car was written off. I now have the option to buy the car at 47.5% of value (not confirmed and R8 000 (R4500+R3500 because I claimed within 3 months - here Jean de Kock manager could all of a sudden pop out +announce himself but sorry they are a company and cannot waive excess. This was responded to within 1 day! I am now waiting for a responds to my email AGAIN!.REALLY!
