Hijack Claim processed professionally.

I have two vehicles insured with King Price and the premiums are quite reasonable. I was involved in an unfortunate hijacking on the 20-11-2020 on my way home from work. The experience was rather traumatic and still taking time to recover. I logged my claim with King Price on Monday 23-11-2020 and I gave them all the required information (Police reports, tracker reports, insurance history etc..). My claim was handled very professionally and I was always kept in the loop on the progress. On Tuesday 08-12-2020 I got a message that my claim has been approved and agreement of loss sent to me and to my surprise the amount offered by King Price was very accurate to the retail value of my vehicle, but for a small shortfall that I have to pay as I do not have shortfall cover. I would like to thank King Price for the smooth claim process because from what I've read from people on Hello Peter about them I was very worried about my claim. Thank you King Price.
