Highly Disappointed!

As this company has grown and obtained new policy holders WE as long-term existing policy holders have been neglected, call backs via the King Price App serve no purpose as you only called back a day or two later, currently while writing this review I am on a call listening to music played by the insurance company to follow up on an emergency (home-water leak) claim which was submitted a week ago without having received any feedback as to who will attend the matter and by when, water leak still present !!
