I'd like to send massive props to Xanda-Lee Pretorius from your claims department. After the massive storm in Centurion 2 weeks ago I had damages to 2 TV's, a PC and my router from lightning striking my house. After an initial struggle with the policy Xanda-Lee has been absolutely professional and amazing. Always keeping me up to date and going out of her way (even when she was sick) to apologize for the delay in delivery from one of your service providers. When it comes to insurance it's difficult to impress me as I work in the industry myself - but COLOUR ME IMPRESSED!!! Xanda-Lee, your empathy and compassion shines through every time I speak to you.
