High access , no quality work

I was involved in an accident in June and my insurance is King Price. The assessor from King Price checked my vehicle and it was repaired . When the car went for service, VW picked up that the door was faulty and they were surprised how the car passed quality check. I went back to the panel beater and they said the insurance assessor did not include the door when quoting faults. I called King Price to inform, they said they will send the assessor and the panel beator an email to inform them . Till today no one contacted me from King Price, the worse part is that they charged an access fee of R7000.00 and i paid it but when it comes to them assisting you , they don't deliver. Im so disappointed in King Price
