Hi , I am a first time female driver who had no idea on what I am paying for when it came to car insurance or what I needed to be covered for Kabelo at King Price Insurance was a real champ with explaining my policy in detail and what it consists of alongside his customer service which was literally phenomenal! We really do need more call centre agents like him who are willing and able To go the extra mile in order for their clients to be satisfied at the end of their call , we often feel like we’re not taken serious when calling with a concern or query and hang up with nothing resolved but this guy has outdone himself in a few minutes I was satisfied with everything he had mentioned 10 points kabelo keep it up !
