Hi. Upon my claim, they have tried to help me fully and came through for me. It took a bit long to get back to me but they worked on it as priority. The agent called now to update NY policy. He spoke a bit fast ,however he says all in order and it's a full comprehensive cover with car hire. To go off on the 4th of October. Thanks so much
