Hi dealt with Cecilia from King Price. My car'a battery died. She stayed on the line with me the entire time. Trying to find a way to get to the manual key of my automatic key fob for my car. Got the Roadside assist to be on their way. She called when they were 5 mins out and called again when they were done and again 10 minutes later to confirm that the car is, in fact, still fine. What INCREDIBLE service! With service like that, I felt like an actual queen! True royalty service 😊
