Helpless and Frustrated

I can't begin to tell you how frustrated I am at this point, on the 20th of feb i made use of your King Cab service whereby 2 people arrive to pick you up one drives your car the other follows and the one who is following drove into the back of my car!!! He then tells me that his brakes failed VERY responsible people you hire to help your valued customers get home King price. Now when i need help getting my car fixed i get told so sorry for you its below your excess go sort this out yourself. Thanks for that what i am paying you for every month then if i have to sort this out myself!!!!! I will be looking for new Insurance because i seem to paying you for Nothing!<br> <br>
