Help when you really need it!
<p>This is the first time i have had to submit a claim, and i was very unsure of the process. The person who helped me (Basie Piek) was absolutely wonderful!. There were no communication issues, he made it all quite clear and simple, and his sense of humor took the edge off of a thing that i went into with a bit of nervous reservation.</p> <p> </p> <p>So much time is wasted with communication issues on call centre calls. This was swift, clear, pleasant and left me feeling confident and reassured!</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you !!</p>
