Heartless decision to decline a valid claim

They are quick in proclaiming that they treat their clients as kings but when you claim then they look for every reason to decline it. That's the horrible treatment I received from Eloise at motor warranty department. They asked me to submit all the documents including the diagnostic report of which I did and she twisted what the report says and declined my claim. They are so heartless there. Please, people, if you can, just stay away from king price. It is a ****.
