Harrassed by King Price

This policy was never taken up. I informed them of this but never received a response. They tried to debit my account, after which I put in a stop payment (no authority to debit). A debit was attempted again, which was sent back. After this I received a letter to say that the policy had been cancelled. In the meantime I received numerous calls and sms's . Do they not read their e-mails? Various mails was sent to clientcare and [Email Removed] After this they tried to debit my account three more times any time of the month (19th, 23, 1st etc). Again I received a letter to say it's been cancelled (cancel it then!!) It was never taken up. Once again 3-5 calls and sms's trying to reach me. This ******* debits caused problems on my account resulting in one instance a premium to another company to be sent back and a cost to me and negative rating on my current account. I am thinking of contacting the short term ombud or mediator. This should be brought to someone's attention.<br> <br> <br>
