Happy Princess! Thank you King Price :D

Hi Everyone, I called King Price yesterday quite distressed. The first operator was very kind and helpful and offered to call me back so I could save my airtime (Royal Service check 1 :D). The gentleman then escalated my query to his senior, Blake Mitchell (Ace of Diamonds! check 2 :D) to whom I am very grateful for the manner in which he handled my query. Firstly, I had an issue with an incident that appeared to be a claim of which Blake kindly explained to me that on the system, everything was in order and I needed not to worry. The second part of my call was to negotiate my premium which was up for review... Again, thank you very much Blake, your professional and efficient service left me very happy and proud to be a King Price client. Keep up the good work King Price, I ended the call feeling like a King Price Princess! :D
