big high five to this consultant/rep.... was Saturday about 10 and client had needed his policy confirmation before delivery and the system at king price was busy with a system change over ....contacted Bernard vanRooyen while he was on the road ..he kindly and very reassuringly promised to make sure i would get some kind of legal confirmation from him to do the delivery that day . i am very impressed with this man personally getting involved and thank you for your diligence under such circumstances. <br> happy fni
