Happy Ending!!!

I contacted King Price this afternoon in a determined effort to cancel my insurance due to a miscommunication with the sale assistant. I was lucky enough to speak to a senior staff member who not only explained everything to me in incredibly detail but he also made the offer on my insurance alot sweeter! I am very happy with the outcome and i would definitely say that Mr Ryan Van Der Merwe reinstated my trust in this brand! His quick assistance proved to me that king price really do want to maintain a great relationship with their clients as well as new business. I hope to spend many years with you King Price :)
