Happy custmer
I phoned the retention department this morning and the lady who assisted me over the phone was KHOLEKA NKOSI. It was a pleasant experience because of 2 factors: 1 - Kholeka came across as very professional and friendly, his is somewhat rare when dealing with telecoms. 2 - Kholeka dropped my premium with a significant amount.
