Mr Phokela Mabala was very helpful and understood the reason for being frustrated with Beamie. Beamie advised me that I have paid for a tracking device that is not working due to a flat battery (on their installation that is now 3 years old) and that the new price to have it upgraded will be from R73,69 to R165.00 per month. I advised them that that I no longer need them to be involved with my vehicle. I will get someone else and advise King Price.
