I had a complain about an uncommunicated increase in my premium, it's always an inconvenience having to make an unplanned payment, however , I didn't reverse the debit order, I sent an email just trying to understand why my premium went up.

I was assisted by Mxolisi Mdunyelwa, who explained that it's a normal yearly increase, and went even further by giving me more saving.

So I'm really grateful for his assistance
