Happy client!

I called in to change my address as I was moving and I was extremely upset to find out that even though I was moving to a better area, my premiums increased. This was the second time I made changes to my policy and both times my premiums had increased. The consultant was extremely understanding and did the best he could but couldn't reduce the premium to what it had been preciously. He then transferred me to a senior consultant/manager Jenny Roos who managed to make my day and reduce my premium to cheaper than my initial premium. What outstanding service, she definitely put a smile on my face and made my day! Thank you Jenny Roos for the outstanding service, I am extremely grateful.
