This rating is based on Mugeshnee Chinsamy who was a great assistance to my needs, she was just outstanding when I called, and even the second time calling, she was truly there to help me to her full extent as I was very rudely dealt with by a gentleman by the name of Lesedi Tsolo (Retention Department) as I requested to cancel my insurance after I received a better offer from another service provider, he persisted in ways to keep me on my current policy and when realizing I do not have an interest, his telephone etiquette and attitude immediately changed in the way he answered or spoke to me and when in ending our call, not to mention he sent me the cancellation notice with the incorrect end date though I repeated myself twice to end this on the 31st August 2021. This is when I called again speaking to Mugeshnee Chinsamy who then had me sorted within seconds in retrieving the correct information and being very apologetic on behalf of the gentleman who dealt with me quite rudely. In my opinion, she should be sitting in his place as he has no way of speaking to clients.
