HAIL Damage Job HALFDONE

We are so disgusted right now, i submitted a claim for hail damage and my car half repaired,The bonnet,roof ad the back had hail damage and the roof and back has been repaired and painted but they left the bonnet after patching the hail holes,I asked the hail company why didn't they paint the bonnet like they did with the roof and the back .<br> <br> I was advised that my insurance declined the request,according to the autobody company the bonnet has some few dents / marks from small stones from our SA road and the roof had the same dents/marks as well, but the roof has been repaired and painted.<br> <br> My bonnet is horrible it has white spots on it and the spots cant come out,I called the call centre and spoke to Dudu and she advised that she will send the request the repair management centre and they will call me back as soon as they receive the email at 10:00 no body called just to say we are looking into the matter.<br> <br> I'm so disgusted right now i feel like cancelling this policy because we declined so many quotes that are less in price that King price thinking that they are the best in what they do,<br> <br> I'm shocked and speechless <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
