Hail damage
My daughter's car got badly damaged on the 8th of October by hail. She reported it to them within 15 mins of this happening. She is still waiting to see the panelbeaters. What is she paying for!
I phoned them today and they said that they would phone me back. It hasnt happened. My daughter now wants to cancel her insurance.
