Had an excellent experience this morning when I needed towing. Sinovuyo helped me. She was courteous, understanding and patient with me. She kept on checking on.me regularly to make sure I was safe and on the progress of the towing. She made the process seamless and stress free. I really felt taken care of and it came from a genuine place with her. What an asset she I to KP! Thank you also to Thulani who assisted me with the towing. He was quick to load the vehicle and I felt safe and secure with him. Thank you, team!
