Had an accident on the 10th and was infuriated and angry by no call to consider my claim as made it on line
Had an accident on the 10th and was infuriated and angry by no call to consider my claim as made it on line. However Ms Lesego Phaswane called today to get the details of the claim and she was brilliant, rational and inquisitive to the depth on the nature of the accident. She made me calm by her stature of balance wisdom and calming atmosphere. I'm greatly humbled
