HAD A POLICY I NEVER WANTED!!!

I'm so frustrated with King Price!!<br> I asked King price for a quote, just to compare with my current insurance.<br> <br> I said to the sales guy all I wanted was to compare prices and discuss it with my husband first.<br> I didn't sign any debit order confirmation or a policy schedule, and all of a sudden I have a active policy with King Price.<br> <br> I then called them to advise I didn't want the policy, I just wanted to see the quote and schedule etc. Had I not called them to \cancel something I never wanted to start off with"they would've debited my account.<br> Got a cancelled email and thinking everything is resolved!<br> <br> Today I receive an SMS that they going to debit me on the 08/05/2015... called them and said there's a note on my account that says to cancel it but the policy is still ACTIVE! <br> This is unacceptable and if they debit my account I will take the matter further"
