Had a car accident ...three weeks later still no feedback from the inspector who was assigned to inspect the car

<p>On the 2/01/2017 I had a car accident on R24 road from Rustenburg to Randfontein...called Insurance( King Price) they sent me a tow car to come collect the car but they refused to transport me back home . The lady from the Insurance told me that it's not within their policy to transport me back home it's either I pay the tow guys R10/ kilo or they will take me to the nearest taxi rank, all in all had to pay R1640 to be transported back home............3 weeks later my car is still at the Panelbeaters , almost everyday when I call they tel me that they are still awaiting the Report from the Assessor. I am very much disappointed in this Insurance for dragging their feet to assist me with my claim. And since today I haven't had a call from my Insurance to update me on my claim.</p>
