In the previous month I missed a premium payment due to unforeseen circumstances. I decided to contact King Price regarding my dilemma. A very kind and friendly consultant Simon Scott assisted me with so much respect and dignity. He is an absolute professional and a phenomenal person. I was stressed at first but he quickly reassured me and made me feel like Royalty for sure!
I wanted to cancel my insurance and switch to a cheaper insurance when I first made the call but with Simon's royal greeting I didn't feel the need to and immediately changed my mind, he helped me lower my premium and my car is insured again. Happy days!
