What started off as a horrible misunderstanding and me ready to be up in arms to fight for my refund and the simple principle that is, do right by the client based on what was agreed.

When Simon Scott first answered the phone, he was cheerful and promised to make my day, I was not convinced and gave little to no enthusiasm to match his. He however went on to patiently listen to me explain my side and apologized more than once, never shifting the blame, he agreed I was never supposed to be in this position.

To make things even better, he managed to get me my money back, in FULL and decreased my premium going forward. I had a smile on my face the entire time. I was so certain that conversation was going to move from bad to worse but I was so pleasantly surprised. I might not be the duchess of Sus*** but my goodness, Simon Scott gave me thee royal treatment at its finest.
