I am writing this to let everyone know that: Tebogo Ngobeni has in my 15 years of having insurance, by far has given me the best ever service from any provider to date. I called in to King Price to revert back to the comprehensive cover, I was moved to a discounted rate during the Lockdown. The first person I dealt with messed everything up and this lead to premiums being deducted that I did not agree to. Being frustrated, I called back, I got to deal with Tebogo, all I can say is WOW! Tebogo has a passion for solving problems, she is kind and very helpful, she is patient and makes sure that she listens and try to assist in every way. I experienced 4 debit orders during this period, due to the previous consultant, Tebogo would call me every morning after the debit order to explain and let me know what will happening next, today was the last transaction on my account, my money was paid back, again Tebogo followed up to explain, she also still everyday apologized for something she did not do, but fixed.
