Great Staff, Great Service

I was wanting to remove an item off my insurance so was playing around on the app trying to figure it out. Not too long after I received a call from JC Bezuidenhout, a client care consultant. Besides that item I wanted removed, I had also recently changed address which I had forgotten to amend on my insurance. One item after the other I kept remembering something else that needed doing or mentioning something that would require a whole new set of forms. JC made the whole process an absolute breeze.

As for King Price Insurance itself, besides their amazing staff, I have had a hassle free experience with the couple of claims that I have had. From vehicle repair to vehicle hire and tow truck collection, so far so good.
