Great Service To Be Acknowledged

We all have that unsettled feeling when we have an Increase in out premium. however i was about to shop around and get cheaper Premiums hoping to get the same services.

before i did so, i called King Price, requested a review.

i spoke to a gentlemen who assisted me with changes and then asked me to be patient as he will try to get his Senior to assist with a review, but the lines was busy.

he took my details and called back as soon as his Senior was available.

that alone is brilliant, the fact that he didn't forget me, yet they were already busy.

i spoke to another gentlemen Sybrand Pelser (managed to get a name this time)

he had me on the edge of my seat recalculating and keeping me in suspense only to give me a re-evaluated quote of which i accepted immediately, leaving me feeling like i just caught the Lotto. i was amazed that during this Pandemic where i was thinking of cancelling a few things to make ends meet, i had this gentlemen who just saved me some Randella's, i couldn't complain there

also saved me the hassle of calling other companies and going through the process of the endless questions.

King Price: you guys have a great team. Sadly i cant remember the first guys name. however, Sybrand Pelser was brilliant, Effective, and to the point.

i can assure you customers will be happy dealing with them for sure.
