Great service Poor Results

King Price provides excellent service. Their consultants give outstanding performance. However, I recently made a claim and my car has been standing at the autobody shop because of a radiator. The feedback is that a Radiator has to be sourced out of the country, so I called VW directly and got assured that I can receive the radiator in two to three days. As I was trying to understand what the real issue is, I found out that it may be a pricing issue. The delay is due to sourcing the cheapest part available, as the price of a radiator from VW was 30% more than what the Insurance suppliers quoted. From the previous reviews regarding claims and repairs I can now deduce that the process of repairing motor vehicles is not their strong point. I would not recommend the insurance company to anyone, unless they can avoid accidents or damages to their vehicles. There is room for improvement though.
