I just wish to thank King Price for all the assistance they gave me during the time when I did not have my vehicle as it was in for repairs which took longer than expected because of the lockdown regulations. A special thank you to Samu Mbhele for always making sure that I had a courtesy car during the time and for also continuously following up after I had collected my car to make sure I was happy with the repairs, keep up the good work. I have been with King Price since 2013 and I don't ever see myself using any other insurance company because of the good treatment I have received from them all these years, even when I complain about something it does not fall on deaf ears but gets resolved asap. Keep up the royal service that you guys provide to your customers.
