Great Service from Tiishatta Murray

I got insurance with King Price, however I changed my mind due to my current insurer beating your prices and wanted to then cancel the initial policy, and my call was then directed to Tiishatta Murray who was such a great help, he did try all avenues to retain me as a client, however after I did especially decline, he made the cancellation so smooth, even cracked a joke here and there and even offered life advise, and he stayed on the line until I received the confirmation, so I just wanted to write this because we do need more patient people within these spaces.
