Randy called me to see if she could get me a competitive quote for my car insurance. She was helpful in explaining things and patient while I looked for information to help with the quotation. Unfortunately the quote was higher than my current plan, as a result h was not able to accept the offer. Otherwise Randy was great to talk to.
