<p>Naylan Smith from the call centre assisted me with some amendments to my existing car, home contents and portable possessions insurance. Not only did he do exactly what I asked for, but he also managed to keep my premium within my budget AND lower the excess on my car!! Wow, well done Sir! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!</p>
