I received great service from MALCOLM POOLE, I tried cancelling my policy and would at first not listen to reason and got annoyed as I thought I was being trapped. But Malcolm stayed calm and friendly and I realized that he was genuinely trying to help me with a better deal. Thank you Malcolm for being so professional and dealing with my hostile attitude.
