Great service from King Price retentions department
Great service from the retentions department. Lianka Venter was very professional and patient with my request for a premium review. First explained why my premium might differ from other insurers, and what might affect the premium - and in the end Lianka and King Price were able to review my premium as I expected. Hopefully I will not need to claim one day, but hopefully the claims experience will be similar. Thank you King Price and Lianka Venter!
