Great Service From King Price Insurance

I would like to thank King Price Insurance consultant - William Zondo for going over and beyond. I have a second car that my mother uses. Early last week I got a call from her indicating that the car was overheating and needed water. I called King Price Insurance roadside assistance and was assisted by William Zondo. King Price Insurance towed the car to the nearest garage. Water was filled and they were back on their way.

Shortly after that, I received another call from my mother indicating that the problem had started again. I called up King Price only to be told that I had just used up my last free tow for the year (We get 3 free tows per vehicle per year).

William Zondo, having realized that I called about a tow earlier and probably the anxiety in my voice, said he would speak to his manager to see how they could assist.

10 min later I got a call back from him, telling me that I would not be charged for the tow.

Guys thank you so much! We were in a desperate situation and William was professional at all times. It takes a great deal to coordinate such but when you treat each customer like family and relate to them with compassion it makes all the difference in the world.
