GREAT service from CARA GRATER and King Price Insurance!!!!

I have had my house hold content insured with Discovery for the past 5+ years. Always great service until I wanted to insure another property. I wanted to take out building insurance on a property we finished building . They said they will not insure it until it is occupied. I contacted King Price and they were really helpful. I moved some of my household content out of storage into the new property. Promptly contacting Discovery to change the content from the storage to the new property. Once again they didn't want to insure my content as there were no burglar alarm. The property is situated on a golf estate but the agent refused and said that we do not comply with the basic terms and conditions. I said I am willing to pay a bigger premium until the alarm is installed but she bluntly refused. I was really furious and started looking to get a security guard in the meantime but the cost was really high. I decided to give King Price a call and check weather they will be willing to protect my house and goods. I had the pleasure of dealing with Cara Grater. What a pleasant experience. I explained to her the situation where she took me through some questionnaire getting some clarity on the circumstances. After just a few minutes my goods were insured and I had a smile on my face again after my horrible experience with Discovery Thank you for the WONDERFUL service CARA.
