Great service experience

I called in on the 15th May 2018 and Willan Maswanganyi answered my call, he was so friendly and I could here he wanted to make sure I received the help I needed. He was able to get my premium reduced aswel as provided me with the documents I required. It is so refreshing in this days were people have stopped caring about clients to get someone who still appreciates the value of client service. I would rather pay more than to be treated badly.
