GREAT SERVICE !!!

On Friday ( 11/12/2020) I phoned King Price and a lady by the name of Vanessa Smit picked up my call. She was extremely helpful and friendly. I did put her on the spot in terms of insuring my golf clubs, but she did not even bat an eye lid. She made some suggestions that included photos and that I take the clubs in to be evaluated. This I did on Saturday, as she suggested. Today I phoned back and as luck would have it, she picked up again. I sent her through the photos as well as evaluation and she immediately adjusted my policy accordingly. While we were on the phone my updated scheduled came through ( wow what speed !! ) and at least I know that this is sorted and I am in good hands. Please extend my utmost thanks to her. She was amazing. She laughed and joked with me, she assisted me brilliantly and most importantly, she treated me like a customer and not just a number. Please take care of her, or I might just ***** her for my own call centre. You have a star in the making with her ! Thank you Vanessa !!
