Great service

Still in 2 minds to go ahead with claim or not (loosing a long-standing no claim bonus due to some idiot driving into my car, s****ing paint off my bumper, driving off without leaving note with his/ her details) is irking me... The friendly and very efficient, speedy service from Michelle Thomas-Smith, almost made the usually painful experience of having to deal with such an inconvenience, a 'pleasurable' one. Thankfully I haven't had to deal with too many insurance companies before, but the few times I had to, was most definitely not nearly as efficient or 'pleasurable'. Thank you for your great service, Michelle, it is greatly appreciated.
