Great service

I would like to thank Maliza de Kok at the claims department who gave me some of the best service I've ever experienced. In these these stressful times, good customer service and helpfulness is what we need, and Maliza epitomizes this. She regularly called and emailed me, even after hours, to give me regular statuses on payment while my car was being repaired at VW. She contacted both me and VW and this shows that she went beyond what her job description may entail. This was my 1st experience with Kingprice, which I admit I was sceptical to join at 1st, but this experience will get me onboarding many family and friends to Kingprice. Thank you Maliza...
